Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and the pool and hot tubs provided a fantastic way to relax during my visit. However, I felt the hotel could use some improvements for longer stays, such as providing amenities for meal preparation like a microwave or electric burner.
The hotel is located facing 'the square' where a different live band played each night until 2am, but it was ready earlier than expected. The rooms had water marks on the ceiling, which was not disclosed on their website. The service was awesome, super friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, although it just needs to be a bit more proactive. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Blue Mountain Village, and great for a short walk to ski hills and village. The dining experience was fantastic, but it didn't open until 8 am. The hotel offers various facilities, including room service, shops, and a ski pass vendor.
I stayed at a hotel with a prime location near Blue Mountain Village. The rooms were small and facing a noisy square, but I managed to upgrade to a king suite. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to all the action at Blue Mountain Village. The dining experience was nice but nothing extraordinary.
Staying at this hotel was a relaxing and comfy experience, especially being right next to the pool. The check-in process was easy. However, there was occasional noise from the other rooms.
